Countrywide win 'Best Estate Agent' Gold Award (large chain) for 2nd consecutive year
Countrywide were officially announced as the 'Best Estate Agent (Gold Award)' in the large chain category for the second year running. The estate agent of the year awards (ESTAs) are officially the largest and longest running award scheme in the estate agency industry. The ESTAs are unique because there is no judging panel of industry experts involved in selecting the winners. Agents are judged by their customers on the level of customer service they receive during the home buying or selling process. Winning agents therefore have the satisfaction of saying they have been voted "the best" by the people that count most – the customers!
More than 400 agents took part with 38 Countrywide branches being nominated as finalists. Countrywide won 24 awards at the prestigious presentation ceremony, including Best Estate Agent (Gold) and Best Letting Agent (Gold) in the large chain categories. The awards build on our success from last year, when Countrywide branches picked up 15 awards, including Best Estate Agent (Gold) and Best Letting Agent (Silver).
In addition to the 'Best Estate Agent (Gold Award)' in the large chain category, 25 individual Countrywide estate agency branches were finalists, with 6 winning 'Gold' awards, 6 'Silver' awards and 1 'Bronze' award.
