Countrywide win 'Best Letting Agent' Gold Award (large chain) in the only awards voted for by customers
Countrywide were officially announced as the 'Best Letting Agent (Gold Award)' in the large chain category at the recent estate agent of the year awards (ESTAs), going one better than the 'Silver Award' won in 2009. The ESTAs are unique because there is no judging panel of industry experts involved in selecting the winners. Letting Agents are judged by their Landlords on the level of customer service provided during the management of their rental property. Winning agents therefore have the satisfaction of saying they have been voted "the best" by the people that count most – the customers!
More than 400 agents took part with 38 Countrywide branches being nominated as finalists. Countrywide won 24 awards at the prestigious presentation ceremony, including Best Estate Agent (Gold) and Best Letting Agent (Gold) in the large chain categories. The awards build on our success from last year, when Countrywide branches picked up 15 awards, including Best Estate Agent (Gold) and Best Letting Agent (Silver).
In addition to the 'Best Letting Agent (Gold Award)' in the large chain category, 13 individual Countrywide letting agency branches were finalists, with 3 winning 'Gold' awards, 3 'Silver' awards and 2 'Bronze' awards.
