Countrywide Launch UK-wide Open House Event
Known as ‘The Big Kick Off Open House Weekend’ the event is set to help with the ever growing demand from buyers and tenants. The event invites both Sellers and Landlords to take part in the UKs largest ever 'Open House Weekend' on the 5th and 6th June 2010. With over 1,000 Countrywide branches taking part, thousands of customers are expected to take part across England, Wales and Scotland.
Research recently issued by Countrywide reveals that there has been a 107 percent increase in the number of new buyers entering the market compared to last year. Strong rental demand saw a record 48,332 new tenants register for rental accommodation in the first three months of the year, according to Countrywide.
Following on from the huge success of Countrywide’s first ever UK-wide open house weekend in December 2009 which featured more than 11,000 properties, the Big Kick Off will feature both for sale and rental properties to help buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords before the World Cup starts.
To coincide with the Open House Weekend, Countrywide Mortgage Services has unveiled a new range of exclusive mortgage products for local first time buyers, home movers and remortgage customers.
A variety of properties are taking part in the event including country homes, traditional family properties, cottages and apartments.
