As a Bairstow Eves Franchisee, you will be given the opportunity to develop your own integrated financial services business.

Under Countrywide's system, all franchised branches are initially Introducers to Countrywide Mortgage Services via the National Call Centre. Franchisees may also qualify at a later date to set up as Intermediaries - and employ their own mortgage consultants. This advanced status earns the branch valuable additional income from the sale of mortgages, general insurance and life protection products.

As part of the financial services proposition, mortgage consultants are able to offer the following products and services;

• Exclusive mortgage deals through our panel of High Street banks and building societies.
• Exclusive insurance and protection products from AXA and Friends Provident.
• Specialist mortgages to include self certification, buy-to-let and adverse credit.

Franchisees will receive commissions in respect of business concluded by the call centre or mortgage consultant.
