overview

As leaders in our field, we know that the ability to develop both management and staff is a critical part of the franchise proposition, so training will be a key aspect of the support that we will provide. Our high-impact, interactive training programmes will play a vital role in unlocking the potential of your staff and maximising the real power of your business plan.

induction courses

From the very outset, you and your employees will be enrolled on a series of induction courses which cover all of the basics that you'll need to launch your new franchise. All of our courses are run purely for franchisees and their employees in a professional environment, with all of the associated tools that one would expect, including visual aids, role plays and purpose-made training videos. Better still, all of these compulsory courses are included within the one-off initial fee that is paid when you sign up to the franchise.

practical information to help run your business

The induction training includes an overview of current legislation, the compliance requirements of the franchise system as well as an exploration of the branch operating systems that will help you to maximise business generation. Plus, to help you address the practical, day-to-day concerns of running a new business, a copy of our extensive Operations Manual will be made available to you, complete with all of the tried, tested and proven business strategies and operational procedures that have made Bairstow Eves a household name.

Meeting

ongoing support

The support that we provide, however, does not end with basic training. Upon signing a premises lease, franchisees are assigned a Development & Support Manager (DSM). The DSM performs many functions and acts as an advisor, confidante, mentor, sounding board and liaison officer with Countrywide. The DSM is also available to provide hands-on coaching and concentrated support in order to help the franchisee to develop the business.

Remember, since your success is our success, we are 100 percent committed to supporting our franchisees every step of the way.
