negotiating and progressing the saleIn order to ensure a thorough knowledge and understanding of how a sale progresses from offer to completion (and what role the franchisee should play to ensure the best result) we also offer a course called Negotiating and Progressing the Sale. On this course, delegates will learn the best way to negotiate offers in order to achieve the best price and will also learn how sales should be tracked and followed-up. The course also includes material that will help franchisees to understand the entire conveyancing process and their involvement in it and to understand how offers can best be re-negotiated when necessary.
