Our high-impact 30 day Training & Development Programme will play a vital role in unlocking the potential of both Franchisees and staff and maximising the real power of your business plan. the programmeFrom the point of signing the Franchise Agreement your training will begin. The Programme will consist of 30 'Units, each approximately one day in length, delivered through various mediums including central training courses, in-branch coaching, self-study learning, mentoring and various observations/assessments. All of our courses are run purely for franchisees and their employees in a professional environment, with all of the associated tools that one would expect, including visual aids, role plays and purpose-made training videos. All training course and programme material is provided as an integral part of the franchise proposition. practical information to help run your businessThe Programme includes training on current legislation, sales and management skills, the compliance requirements of the franchise system as well as an exploration of the branch operating systems that will help you to maximise business generation. Plus, to help you address the practical day-to-day demands of running your business, a copy of our comprehensive Operations Manual is made available to you, complete with all of the tried and tested business strategies and operational procedures that have made Bairstow Eves a household name across the UK. Whether you decide to operate a residential sales business, a residential lettings business or both, the Programme covers all aspects of estate agency and lettings and is relevant to business owners and staff. ![]() ongoing supportThe support that we provide continues beyond the initial franchise training. Franchisees are assigned a Franchise Business Manager who acts as a general advisor and mentor to the franchisee and as a liaison officer with other divisions within the Countrywide Group plc. The Franchise Business Manager is also available to provide hands-on coaching and concentrated support to assist the franchisee with the development of their business. Additional specialist training courses are available on a bespoke basis, these are currently provided free of charge to Franchisees and at a nominal daily charge for branch staff. |
